We at Multioculus provide reliable products and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. That’s why every item you purchase comes with a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in workmanship unless otherwise stated. If you experience issues with your product or find something missing, we encourage you to contact the technical support or warranty provider mentioned in your product documentation. They’re usually the best resource for troubleshooting and can often help you resolve problems without needing to return the item. If it’s determined that your product is defective, the manufacturer will either repair or replace it, or they will guide you back to us, to assist you with the return process.
- NEW/ Unopened Products NEW/ Unopened Products purchased can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a full refund, the product must remain in its original condition, and exhibit no signs of wear or use, have not been opened or tampered with. The product must be in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, unsigned warranty cards, and any additional items that were included in the original shipment. Failure to meet these criteria may result in a partial refund or the return being denied.
- Opened-box products and Special orders have a 14-day return window.
**Defective products are eligible for replacement at your authorized local service center; however, refunds will not be provided.
**Non-Defective products if no clear information or evidence is provided to support the reason for return, it will be changed to 'No Longer Needed. A 25% restocking fee shall apply
- Refurbished products are clearly labeled and include a manufacturer’s warranty. These items can only be returned for repair to the manufacturer or an authorized local service center. Similarly, discontinued or end-of-life products are eligible for repair only through the manufacturer or a local authorized service center.
Important Information:
- All returns including New /Unopened Original Packaging are subject to a restocking fee ranging from 15% to 50%, which will be applied after a thorough evaluation of the product upon its receipt. The exact fee will depend on the condition of the item and packaging.
- Returns that fall outside of our policy are only eligible for exchange under the manufacturer’s warranty. Please note that refunds will not be provided.
- The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning non-defective products. We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect item.
- Any refund or credit will be issued based on the product's price at the time the RMA number is provided. Refunds are typically processed within four weeks of the return shipment. Return must be received within 14 days from the date of RMA’s issuance. This period includes the time it takes for the item to be returned to us (3 to 7 business days), the processing of your return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time for your bank to finalize the refund (3 to 7 business days). In many cases, refunds are issued sooner. The RMA number will expire 14 days after the issuance, with no exceptions. RMA’s are non-renewable. Any returned product without an RMA number or product deemed ineligible for return will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
- Photos of the product(s), the manufacturing box, and the serial number must be submitted for a refund or defective exchange. Any visible damage to products should be reported and documented on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. All damages must be reported within 5 days.
- If your project cannot accept this policy, or if you disagree with it, please request a cancellation or refuse the order if it has already been shipped.
- No refunds will be issued if the customer misrepresents the condition of the products, returns a different product, provides an alternate serial number, or demonstrates no intention to retain the product.
- Customers are advised to purchase insurance to cover any loss or damage that may occur during transit. The seller shall not be held responsible for any loss incurred during the return shipment.
